Alexandros Kapelis is a Greek-Peruvian piano soloist, recitalist, chamber musician and recording artist of international repute currently living between Venice and London. Highlights of his career include appearances with the Royal Philharmonic, the Prague Symphony Orchestra, and a current collaboration with the BERLINER BAROCK SOLISTEN ensemble of the Berlin Philharmonic. Off stage, Kapelis is known for his understanding of a wide range of subjects that have allowed him to bridge music with history, the visual arts, nature, and cultural identity. He got to know Pierre Cardin up close and directed the chamber music series at the Pierre Cardin Festival de Lacoste.
